ABOUT TOM

Tom Nelson is a fourth generation Floridian. He brings over 25 years of sales, marketing and business management experience, with the last 8 years focused as a commercial real estate broker. Each client of his is supported through the complexities of the commercial real estate process, including such details as site selection analysis, financing alternatives and construction costs.

Tom is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate and The Pinellas Board of Realtors. His area of expertise is commercial & industrial properties in Pinellas County.

Tom's diverse management and business background includes Marine Biology, acting as a Yacht Broker in Florida and California, and Marketing Director for Property and Casualty Insurance operations in Los Angles.

Tom is a graduate of Sarasota High School and the University of Alabama, where he played football for Paul "Bear" Bryant and was a member of the 1973 National Championship football team. Tom is an avid sailor, fisherman, hunter and golfer.
